These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sunesis platform. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform
Use of the Platform
Sunesis provides licensed access to authorised users for the purposes of onboarding learners, managing training records, handling employer engagement, and maintaining compliance with UK education standards. Users must:
- Use the platform only for lawful and authorised activities.
- Keep login credentials secure and not share accounts.
- Report any unauthorised access or suspected data breaches immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate our usage policies.
User and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for all data you input, upload, or manage within the platform. This includes:
- Ensuring that learner and employer records are accurate and up to date.
- Not entering any sensitive or unlawful data without proper consent.
- Using the platform in a way that complies with GDPR and sector-specific data regulations.
Sunesis processes your data on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy and does not claim ownership of client data.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
- Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm other users or learners.
- Impersonate other individuals or organisations.
Violations may result in immediate suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content, software code, visual elements, branding, and platform architecture belong to Sunesis or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform.
- Modify or derive works based on the Sunesis platform.
Access is granted under a limited, non-exclusive licence that may be revoked at any time.
Service Availability
We aim to maintain a 99.9% uptime across all platform services. However:
- Scheduled maintenance may occur outside of standard delivery hours.
- Temporary disruptions due to technical upgrades or third-party outages may occur.
- In all cases, we work to restore services promptly and notify users in advance where possible.
Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for: – Breach of terms or security protocols. – Non-payment or cancellation of service agreements. – Legal or regulatory mandates.
In such cases, data will be retained or deleted based on contractual obligations and applicable laws.
