Our Team

Ali Khan

Chief Executive Officer

25 years’ experience of senior leadership in all things Adult Learning, having progressed within some of the largest providers in the industry, and led an Independent Training Provider to 1500 learners with a low risk PFA audit and Ofsted Good rating. Ali now supports senior leaders of Independent Training Providers with strategy, finance, legal, MIS, quality assurance, compliance and the introduction of efficiencies and cost savings in their businesses. Ali operate as the CEO of Sunesis and lead operations.

Victoria Webber

Chief Commercial Officer

30 years’ experience of delivering marketing, business development, onboarding solutions and client success solutions to FE Colleges and Independent Training Providers through Frontline Sales & Marketing. Over the years Vicky’s teams have engaged, and onboarded tens of thousands of adult learners, and implemented multiple software solutions into the enrolment process. As Chief Commercial Officer Vicky is responsible for Business Development, Account Management, and our new Customer Helpdesk.

Waseem Nasir

Chief Technology Officer

With 22 years’ experience in IT systems, project, and programme management specialising in digital transformation, Waseem has spent the past 5 years as Chief Technology Officer at Mayfair Technology Partners, orchestrating technical activities, managing budgets, and delivering client-focused projects to exacting requirements. As Chief Technology Officer at Sunesis, Waseem leads a technical team of over 20, responsible for client discovery, business analysis, project management, UI/UX design, software development, and quality assurance.
